International payment and shipping charges 

Payment: We accept credit cards and other payment forms ONLY via PayPal. See www.paypal.com

Shipping: We gladly ship outside the USA. Please note that our "Shopping Cart" system charges only for shipment within the USA. Additional shipping charges may apply as follows:

Gripfids: 

Sent "First Class Mail International" (Airmail). Shipping is free of charge.

Cotton Cords: 

Sent "First Class Mail International" (Airmail) if possible. First Class shipping is free of charge. Postal or customs regulations may require "Priority Mail" shipping.  In this case, we will charge the buyer for additional postage  and send an invoice via PayPal. Orders will be shipped as soon as the invoice is paid.

Books: 

Buyers outside of the USA are encouraged to buy directly from Julie Hedges. See www.juliehedges.co.uk.  If you order from us, we may charge  for additional postage  and send an invoice via PayPal. Books will be sent the lowest cost way and shipped as soon as the additional charges, if any, are paid.

Cordmakers: 

Sent by "Priority Mail". We will charge the buyer for additional postage and send an invoice via PayPal. Orders will be shipped as soon as the invoice is paid. A phone number is needed for the customs forms. Estimated additional shipping charges over the standard USA $11 charge: Canada, $22 USD. Europe/Asia, $39 USD.

Mixed orders: 

We try to minimize cost when more than one product is shipped. Invoices for additional charges, if any, will give detail for the total cost to the buyer.

Lost/Missing shipments and customs charges: 

International Buyers are responsible for taxes or custom duties, if any, and assume all risks in case of lost packages. Shipments may be cancelled and your payment refunded if customs regulations require additional licenses.

Large orders and wholesale:

The above policies apply to retail orders up to $300.  Please contact us via e-mail before placing larger orders.
